By accessing and using "I Am Ok" (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
I Am Ok provides a scheduled check-in service that notifies designated contacts ("Guardians") if a user fails to check in within a specified timeframe. The Service is provided "as is" and is not a replacement for emergency services (911/999).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate guardian contact information.
In no event shall I Am Ok be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
